GROUND FLOOR LOUNGE
South-facing, with the privilege and responsibility of welcoming you to the house, this is the lounge at the centre of the ground floor between the dining room and the kitchen. Spacious, rustic and quiet.
DINING ROOM
Next to the lounge is the dining room. A welcoming space with character ideal for meetings and/or special meals. It has a capacity of up to 30 people with direct access to the indoor pool and the garden.
FIRST FLOOR LOUNGE
A place to relax, comfortable and well appointed. Large sofas, a fireplace and a large window providing natural light.
KITCHEN-DINING ROOM
Spacious and fully equipped kitchen. A long table for big groups and a fireplace which is ideal for the colder months of the year providing both warmth and the chance to cook something delicious.
MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM
Located on the second floor, this room offers an fully open space ideal for a wide variety of purposes from meetings to workshops, relaxation classes, meditation, etc.
HEATED INDOOR POOL
A magical pool, either for relaxing at any time of day or partaking in any kind of aquatic activity. Generously sized with lots of natural light all day long.

THE FOREST
The farmhouse is completely surrounded by forest and therefore provides a great variety of clearings in which all kinds of activities can be arranged. You just have to find your ideal spot!

An elegant garden with a magnificent large swimming pool at its centre surrounded by nature and silence. An outside space suitable for a number of different purposes.
PORCH WITH BARBECUE
Just next to the outdoor pool, in the middle of the garden, a porch with a barbecue and table where you can all get together.

Next to the dining room, the ideal terrace; a terrace where you can either switch off or interact with the rest of the group in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

El Munt is a farmhouse set in the midst of silence and nature just 2 km from Castellterçol, in the Moianès region and very well communicated with Barcelona, 40 km away.
Facing south, but with views of the Pyrenees, the house benefits from a huge forest of holm oak and pine as well as absolute peace and quiet.

HOW TO GET THERE
From Barcelona
Take exit 1 off the motorway AP7 in the direction of Santa Perpètua de la Moguda – Caldes de Monbui.
Follow the road C-59 in the direction of Caldes de Montbui and Sant Feliu de Codines.
After Sant Feliu de Codines you will come to the village of Castellterçol. Just after the entrance sign to the village you will come to two sets of traffic lights, one immediately after the other. After the second traffic light turn left in the direction of Granera.
Carry on straight ahead, still within the village of Castellterçol, and after about 700 metres you will find a sign for El Munt on the left hand side (if you leave the village you have gone past the sign).
Carry straight on and you will come out on a forest trail. Follow this for 2.5 km and you will come to El Munt farmhouse.
From Moià (coming from Manresa or Vic)
After the village of Moià you will come to the village of Castellerçol.
Upon entering the village you come to a roundabout and then two sets of traffic lights. After the second traffic light turn right towards Granera.
Carry on straight ahead, still within the village of Castellterçol, and after about 700 metres you will find a sign for El Munt on the left hand side (if you leave the village you have gone past the sign).
Carry straight on and you will come out on a forest trail. Follow this for 2.5 km and you will come to the El Munt farmhouse.
