A Vacation We Will Remember.
We loved our time at El Munt. We were a group of family and close friends who shared 3 incredible weeks there. Our mornings in this beautiful 700 year old home began with hikes right out the door, swims in the lovely indoor pool and coffee overlooking the beautiful view. The home held up to 20 of us easily with room left over. We all felt as if we had our own space. In the evenings we cooked meals together and ate at one of the 4 choices of the home: the kitchen, dining room, upper patio or patio down by the outdoor pool. The pictures are absolutely accurate, and the staff of El Munt are some of the most helpful and kind people you will meet. We highly recommend this home. It’s an easy day trip to Barcelona, Montserrat or the ocean for excursions. Right in the area within 30 minutes you can visit a lovely monastery, Mon Saint Benet ( be sure to make reservations at their yummy Michelin restaurant), caves, the quaint town of Moia (be sure to go to the farmers market on the weekend), and the town of Castelltercol ( be sure to find the lovely little shops to buy clothes and gifts). This was definitely a vacation we will always remember with fondness.
